BIOGRAPHY
Christina Soto is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and adolescents navigate complex relationship dynamics. Christina has a particular interest in supporting clients who are in high-conflict relationships or who have been impacted by narcissistic partners, parents, or family members. She brings a grounded, compassionate, and culturally aware perspective to her clinical work.
Christina has extensive experience working with adolescents and members of the LGBTQ community. She understands the unique relational, identity, and family-system challenges many of her clients face, and she provides a validating and safe space for clients to explore their experiences without judgment.
Clinically, Christina incorporates Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She uses these frameworks to help clients identify long-standing emotional patterns, understand their relational templates, and begin shifting the stories that keep them feeling stuck. Her approach helps clients build stronger boundaries, develop a deeper sense of self, and create healthier ways of engaging with others.
Christina is bilingual and offers therapy in both English and Spanish. She is committed to accessible, inclusive care and works collaboratively with clients to help them reclaim clarity, confidence, and emotional stability in their relationships.
