BIOGRAPHY
Lissette is a graduate of California State University Northridge. She is passionate about working with clients who are struggling with high conflict relationships and narcissistic abuse. Lissette has a special interest in exploring attachment styles with clients and how they impact their present relationships. Lissette’s calm, compassionate demeanor and client-centered approach allow for therapy to be a safe, non-judgmental space of healing and growth. Lissette values the importance of tailoring therapy to each client’s specific situation, allowing for short-term solution-focused treatment/coaching or deeper, schema healing from childhood experiences.
Lissette draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Schema Therapy in her clinical practice. Lissette offers therapy in English as well as Spanish.
